Custom Made Items
Custom made items are available upon requests.
However, please be prepared to wait for a period of time because at Jetts, we take pride in handpicking the ingredients, thus causing the delay of the creation of the final products.
Sister pieces of the original sold out items are also available upon requests.
Payment
After receiving the confirmation email of your item(s), please proceed to settle the payment within 3 days from the date of the confirmation email, failing which, your item(s) will be put back up for sale again.
The payment details will be included in the confirmation email.
Upon receiving payment, items will be mailed out within 2-3 days.
Currently, we regret to inform that we only accept UOB ibank/ATM transfer, but alternative payment methods will be available soon.
Postage
For standard mail, $1 will be added to your order’s total cost.
For registered mail, $2.50 will be added to your order’s total cost.
For overseas buyers, delivery methods can be arranged and negotiated via email, so please feel free to contact us anytime!
